    Correct. The domain name and hosting account need to belong to the person that made the purchase. You will want to be in full control of the Domain Name and Hosting Account :)

    It's all about the next years renewal. This is automated to insure the services are kept online till the client decides to cancel.

    Renewal notices are sent out but it's a good idea to keep track of your business records so you're not surprised or unprepared for the continued use of the website.
